To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review the following conditions carefully:
Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the original order date.
Restocking Fee: All refunds are subject to an 20% restocking fee.
Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Documentation: Each return must include the packing slip generated through the return process.
Shipping Method: Items should be shipped back using a traceable delivery service with delivery confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Postage must be prepaid—we do not accept COD returns.
Refund Details: Refunds will cover only the cost of the returned item(s), minus the 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Ineligible Returns: Please ensure that the correct items and paperwork are included. Products sent in error or those that do not meet our return policy requirements cannot be refunded or returned to the sender.
