Star Sparkle Three Layer Tulle Tutu Skirts (Red)

One size - fits approx. 18 months /2 years plus (elasticated waist 15" relaxed, 24" taut.) to approx. 8 years - for smaller toddlers/ babies a small stitch can be sewn in at side.

• - Short style, 3 layers of tulle, this simple classic skirt can be dressed up or down, 11" length, satin elasticated waistband.  Covered with a silver star pattern for a glittery effect.

These skirts can be cut /trimmed to length required if a shorter look is needed.
