Returns/Cancellations and After Sales Policy
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.
To Return a Product You can either:

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 0208 0900 399
Warranties are not Guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults. Damage, wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur are not covered under the warranty.
