Charleston Sparkle Costume consists of a cream dress trimmed with black sparkle fabric and black frill around the bust and waist. Choker with black rose included, as well as a headpiece with rose but please note that the feather hairpiece featured in picture is sold separately.

Also included are black elbow length gloves with black frills around the top.
